Our outdoor event site, Legacy Pointe, consists of a grassy central lawn area that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The main residence consists of 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people, an upstairs deck and bar area overlooking the vineyard and a back patio with pool, fire bowl, covered bar and covered dining area. We can provide additional on site lodging for 10 more people.
Flat rate for use of Legacy Pointe, the main residence and the additional lodging for a total of 22 people is $10,000 for two weekend nights plus County Occupancy Tax. Our barn event space is available for an additional $500 and the accompanying barn apartment which sleeps 2 is available for $250. Check in at 3PM Friday and check out by Noon on Sunday. You provide tables, chairs, linens, glasses, dishes, etc and portable toilets (we have one outdoor bathroom and 4 indoor bathrooms). If you would like us to coordinate and handle the set up and take down of these items there will be an additional charge. You must have a coordinator to be your contact person if you are not using our own coordinator, Leigh Anne Farley.
Curfew is 10PM nightly with a 7:30 AM set up time on the day of the event. We have enough parking onsite for the typical wedding party (bridesmaids and groomsmen), caterer staff, musicians, etc. We recommend you use a shuttle service for the remainder of your guests staying at hotels.
You can add extra nights at an additional charge.
Payment and Security Deposit
A down payment of $500 is required to book your event, with half of the remaining balance due 90 days prior to the event and final payment due 45 days prior to the event. These fees are non refundable. Additionally a refundable security deposit of $2,500 is due 10 days prior to the event and will be returned within 10 days after the event. Any damages to the property are the responsibility of the contracted part
Insurance
We require proof of liability insurance covering the event and naming The New Wilson Trust as additional insured. Insurance riders are easily obtained through your homeowner’s policy. We must receive this insurance certificate no later than 20 days prior to the event or the even may be canceled without refund.
