"I have to admit I wasn't sure how good your wines would be initially given your short time of operation. Well I was wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed the Epic Red over the last two nights. Usually I don't retain a half bottle the next day even though pumped as it never seems to taste the same. Well surprise! The wine was great the first night and almost as good the second. Well done. As mentioned I have a 1,100 bottle cellar in our Santa Barbara home and pride myself on the quality of wine I purchase. Your Epic Red is right up there with some of the best wines of Santa Barbara.
